Inside, three staff members, two coffee orders ahead, and they expected me to wait until all coffee orders were done before providing water. Instead of taking two seconds to pour water, she was chatting with someone else. Unbelievable and rude. Rules are good for organizing the store, not excuses for laziness. I wish Starbucks had a water station to avoid such situations.
The drinks are always great when I get them from here, however due to the busy service I usually miss the sea bus. It has never affected me much but I’d advise you keep that in mind if you’re in a rush.
Worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. Purchased 2. Both terrible. Very watery. Tasted diluted. No foam. Like drinking milky water.Customer service was good.
I'm leaving now without my sandwich, is not possible 4 staff in the line and anyone is attending in the cashier, I waiting 8 min for my sandwich I never received because the seabus is leaving, next time I'm going to Mac Donald's, in 2 min they have your lunch
There’s not much urgency for making drinks in a timely manner. Efficiency and multitasking are also not thriving at this location. Frustrating if you are trying to grab bus/seabus.
