Contribuisci feedbackVery annoyed this morning with our DD. Lobby was locked at 8am so you couldn?t pick up mobile orders and had to go to Drive Thru, which was wrapped onto the highway. You have a remodeled lobby, signs up that it?s open and 6 employees inside. Why notopen the doors? Or at least update the app so we know it?s closed for a reason. Disappointed at the way it?s managed.
Ordered chocolate frosted donuts at the drive thru. The frosting was thick looking smeared very lightly on top. Returned the donuts hoping they had something better. I went inside it?s now such a sad, dreary store. They had very little left to sell.The counter person had to call the manager at home to return my money. Felt bad for the 2 people working but they need to learnnot to serve disgusting looking donuts.
I always love my visits to Dunkin. Good coffee n good donuts! This particular location always has really really friendly staff.
This is the 2nd time I've had a negative experience at this location. I went in to buy a dozen+ donuts, stood in the lobby waiting and asking if anyone was there for about 5 minutes, not a soul to be found I understand, they get paid if they servecustomers or not and bonus; more donuts to take home now.
Somehow my caramel cold brew is always messed up when the blonde is working smh not to mention she has a really bad attitude. been going the past month have not had one good experience or even been able to drive away happily sipping my coffee won?t becoming here anymore!
