Wendy's - North Versailles

The wait time to order your food is ridiculously slow!!! Then I get up to the speaker and no one says anything. Not a I will be with you in a moment or can I help you So after waiting for 5 minutes I drove around to where they hand you your food, because the first window where you pay was empty, no one was there. The manager overhears me asking when was someone going to take my order and she says rudely that she heard the associate say please wait . She then shuts the window in my face. I will never patronize that Wendy 's as long as I am on this earth! I was there on 2/22/24 8:00 pm.

I wanna give ZERO's but it doesn't let you. The staff there are TERRIBLE unorganized and disrespectful. To make matters worse I find out that the B that I put in a complaint about is a supervisor smh how can you be anybody boss with an attitude like that? if you hate your job that much go get an education and work somewhere else your too old to have that mind set. I would NEVER go to this location again.

Just went through the drive thru which took super long +20min) and they forgot my nuggets. the drive thru was very long and i did not want to go back through it again to get something I already paid for and the women inside would not open the door for me and only tried to mimick that I had to only go through the drive-thru. Which there was already several cars ahead, I was not going to go back through it again. They refused to open the door to let me talk. Waste of money

I went to Wendy's to buy a few meals for my family. The drive thru was quick efficient with very pleasant staff. Food was great, the service was awesome. The only thing I noticed was the dining room was a bit on the cluttered side... It wasn't filthy just a few empty bags and drink cups left on tables.

Going to drive through the windows are dirty looking and the first window where your normally would pay is all full of debris items that they have stock behind that window My friends went to Wendy's and they end up with some bad food and chili grandma got sick on the chili and she's been sick for over a week the chili lost watery but not the right deficiency grandma said
