Dunkin' - NORTH WALES

Every time I'm here, I'm disappointed. This location is convenient, but the service is not. I ordered a bacon wake up wrap and a coffee, I drive off with my order before I check it (because I didn't want to keep the line AND I was on the way to work) and when I finally open my bag, there is a wake-up pack with only cheese in it?. I gave them too many opportunities and I will take my business to another location.

I ordered a medium caramel coffee with two creams at the drive-thru, but ended up with just coffee and cream. It's great to throw away $4 on coffee! Now I'm just going to shake it up! Update: I tried to get another caramel swirl coffee, but this time they forgot both the caramel and the cream!

This DD industry is by far the worst, I live right behind this store and I rarely go to this industry. For years, every time I stop for coffee (if I had no choice as to go here), the coffee always tastes stale and not freshly brewed at all. No wonder they don't have customers in this industry.

Good coffee, clean, fast and the staff is super nice!!

I’ve updated my review from 3 stars to 4. The breakfast has significantly improved during my last few visits.
