The Pour House - NORTH WALES

A great spot for beer enthusiasts, with an extensive selection. The food and service were both impressive. The spicy shrimp will definitely bring us back! The crab dip was excellent and came with pita bread. While we preferred it served with hot pretzel bites at another place, the crab dip here was still a winner.

The service and atmosphere were pleasant, but the food left something to be desired. I wasn't a fan of the pierogi, though that might just be a matter of personal preference; they probably appeal to most people. I tried the macaroni and cheese with spicy chicken bites, and while it was decent, it wasn't memorable enough to rave about, nor was it something I could genuinely complain about. The famous fries are crinkle-cut with a seasoning and cheese dip. The cheese dip was quite tasty, but I'm not particularly fond of crinkle fries in general; I believe restaurants can do much better. However, these were an improvement over many cheap crinkle fries served elsewhere, so I can appreciate that effort.

The food was fantastic and the customer service was excellent! I had visited this place before with some friends, and they all enjoyed the food. My expectations were exceeded once again when we returned to try something new. The atmosphere is quite charming, too! I truly enjoyed every moment of our time there. Thank you for making our visits so enjoyable!

Our food and drinks were delicious. Sadly our server KT(Katie) was awful, she walked away while we were placing our order and barely checking on us if everything was ok. Meanwhile she was nice and friendly with the table behind us. We got there at 19:10 and she didn't take our meal order until around 20:15. Wish we had a different server, because they were very attentive. It was my first time here and having a mix filling if I would go back.

We come here every week and love it. Very kid friendly. My daughter loves the consistency of craft mac n cheese and chocolate milk with ice cream. The waitresses are amazing. Seriously nicest girls and so helpful. Managers are so involved and helpful in all ways, always eager to jump in and help where needed. Great beer list and very versatile menu. California chicken flatbread and southern fried chicken tacos are amazing!!!
