Contribuisci feedbackThe four of us went to Morrisons for lunch. It was a nice little outing. However, the customer service from the woman who served us in the cafe was terrible. She refused to compromise and did not provide any recommendations. She was rude and started yelling at us, making the experience uncomfortable for my mother who had already had a bad day. It was embarrassing and left us feeling rushed. It is important to treat customers with respect and we hope this issue is resolved.
I attempted to use the online ordering app at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it did not allow for any special requests. The self-service items were not available on plates. I ordered poached eggs on toast, but a few minutes later a waitress informed us that they only had scrambled or fried eggs. Being in a supermarket, I was surprised that they couldn't get eggs and prepare them that way. They also did not have sparkling water or chicken salad, which was disappointing considering the location. Despite the good food, we won't be returning.
Coalville morrisons is a great shop with friendly staff. the lack of personal at the cups we really let it down. until the personal please.

Long wait, over an hour wasn’t even that busy. Cold food rock solid toast. Not very polite, missing food which magically appeared in the kitchen ? Avocado wasn’t Mashhad up in the toast. Requested tap water and they failed to bring it to me. Remains...of egg on my plate too. Very upset and I am diabetic and I had to wait hour for atrocious food!
