Subway - North West Leicestershire

Thanks to the lady who filled my sub properly, I've never had a more delicious one before. Was very full after. She was so friendly and others need to learn from her!

Went to collect food with w friend for a few family members. The staff worked together to make sure we got served quickly. Staff were so kind and lovely to us.

Meal was late, but was worth waiting for, sub was very fresh, salad was very tasty, the driver was very professional, will order again

I regularly visit the Marlborough Square store with my family for lunch in the weekends. This Subway never disappoints. Everything looks and tastes fresh and the staff are very polite and customer focussed. The store itself is clean and has a nice ambience with plenty of tables and a inviting atmosphere. The Subs from this Subway always taste better than other Subways, it has to be down to the freshness of the bread, meats and salads. Highly recommend and much better in all aspects than the Subway in the Spar in Coalville which has seem to go from bad to worse.

I have a historical complaint to make about former employee of Subway Coalville. The incident has weighed heavily on me for a significant amount of time, with the help of intense therapy I have now finally built up the courage to talk about it. The incident in question happened around May of 2010. I was visiting Subway with my late husband John, we had both ordered a BLT from an employee called Grace. Whilst preparing our sandwiches Grace looked my late husband John in the eye, licked the lettuce and placed it on the 6 inch roll. She then began growling and threw the roll at us both and walked away. Myself and John, my late husband never told anyone else about the incident, he took it to his death bed. I have not visited Subway since.
