Sam's Pizza Palace - North Wildwood

Jersey Shore Pizza is a unique dining experience that is hard to find elsewhere. From the crispy texture of the crust, to the perfect amount of toppings, to the nostalgic interior of the restaurant, this place has it all. Sam's Pizza Palace checks all the boxes when it comes to a classic New Jersey pizza joint. You won't find anything fancy here, just a delicious, well-made pizza served by friendly staff who have probably perfected their craft over the years. The only downside seems to be the lack of air conditioning and the slightly rough condition of the restrooms.

Our family always visits this restaurant whenever we are in Wildwood. The pizza is perfect, we usually get both regular and white. If we're in a hurry, we'll grab one to go. When they bring out your order, make sure to head over to Curly's to grab a few lemonades to enjoy with your meal. Sam only accepts cash, so remember to bring some or you'll end up paying extra fees on the boardwalk. The seating inside is cozy, but there can be a bit of a wait. The staff can be a little rough around the edges, but that's all part of the experience at Sam's. And don't forget, if you're waiting in line to place your order, keep an eye out for the tramcar!
