Despite ordering a chicken shawarma wrap and a beef platter, I was given two wraps, neither of which contained chicken as requested. When I returned one of the wraps to exchange it for the correct dish, the front desk attendant was apologetic and willing to make it right. However, my dismay escalated when a member of the kitchen staff, whom I can only describe as disrespectful and overweight, accused me of trying to scam a free meal. Not only did he refuse to correct the mistake, but he also had the audacity to blame me for their error. This level of incompetence and rudeness is simply unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one in the service industry. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Habibi Q and will be sure to share my negative experience with others. This shawarma spot is located in a busy plaza directly next to a shisha lounge. The food quality is quite mediocre, as is the general atmosphere and service quality of the restaurant which primarily serves hungry customers looking for a bite after their hookah fix. The chicken shawarma wasn't freshly prepared and the meat was carved in chunks off the spit, rather than the sliced shawarma you'd expect. Rice and sauces were cold and the portion sizes are small for the price you pay. Service took longer than expected, despite there being no visible customers or takeout orders in progress. Overall, I'd look for other options nearby if you're craving shawarma. We had a family dinner and enjoyed our food. Kids were happy to have non spicy kebabs and salad. Parking: This plaza has free parking and is easily accessible, though crowded on weekends . Kid-friendliness: There is not much for kids. My grand children enjoyed french fries and energy drinks. The server gifted free baklawa to them. It was a touching experience and we appreciate his gesture. Reason for 1 star listed below. Upon entering I was simply stared at by both workers who did not bother to even greet me or acknowledge me. I stood there for 5 minutes. Nobody told me they would take my order or anything. I felt a demeanor that they did not want to serve me, maybe because it's late? That's not a reason to make a customer feel unwanted as the business is still open. As I watched one gentleman making a meal, I noticed they already had cut off the beef and chicken and placed it in a metal tray. They open the tray and grab the meat and slap it on the stove to get reheated. After seeing all of this and no one still for 5 minutes greeting me or telling me they will take my order in a minute, I left. If you're looking for a late night shawarma, many places in the area open late and better customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
