The owner does not know how to do business. Zero flexibility. Would not give one little variety that has already been cut up and is of same price. Very annoying.

I ’m surprised at how this place has gone down hill.I used to be a regular here even though prices were higher than other places; the taste made up for it.After today, I will never come back.I asked for a two combination rice $12.50 on the menu) with duck and squid. I was told that both these items required additional charge $1.50 and $2.50, making the total $16 which is ridiculous given the menu did not specify what was extra. I opted to still get the duck and pay the extra and they decide because I did not choose the $16 option, they were going to retaliate by giving bone pieces with minimal meat. Plus the pieces were dry and tasteless.The second strike was when I asked for half a pound of bbq pork.They ended up giving me close to 3/4 of a pound and when asked about it “that’s how it is” leaving me with no choice.Overall, the attitude and food quality/taste does not warrant future business.

Came to this place for the BBQ duck. We got half a duck to go. The young man took half a duck from the display rack and set it on the chopping block which is partially blocked from our view. While chopping he asked us if we wanted anything else and after we looked away briefly I saw him quickly carve out an upper part of another half duck and put it into our mix. Not knowing why we gave him the benefit of the doubt. When we got home we realized our half duck had no thigh which he must have switched with the part he carved out from the other half duck.The BBQ duck taste fine but I think this place is unlikely to earn our future business.

Just the best place in town for hongkong style BBQ, have been going for years
