Food is decent here. However, incredibly slow service in the morning. Ordered a few chicken roti and I had to wait 30 minutes. Was bringing this for a colleague party and I was late : A lady had preordered food and agreed to a specific time they made her wait an additional 20 minutes. Chicken looked like it had been through the Fukushima meltdown. Doubles not as good as the sauga location. They tried to reply saying they didn’t sell any today that tells you a lot about how fresh their food will be. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got the jerk chicken meal. Cost was 20 dollars. Got 4 pieces of small boneless chicken pieces. Rice was half full in container. Can't be stingy with the food. Let me start by noting that I’ve been to many Lena’s locations, so ordering from this location I thought would be just as good but no. I ordered a stew chicken with rice and peas. The chicken was super dry and not many pieces of chicken at all and the rice was VERY HEAVY on thyme to the point where you couldn’t taste anything else. I wasn’t even provided with the complimentary coleslaw that comes with the meal. I was very disheartened with the lack of attention and love that goes into these meals because it’s supposed to be comfort food and I was the least bit satisfied with what I got. I ended up only eating the chicken and a small portion of the rice on the principle that I had paid for it. Would never go back to this location. Thanks for your reply.
