Contribuisci feedbackAdmittedly, one of the more busy locations as it's with on Islington. But it seems that every time I go, something goes wrong. From uncleanness soda machines with grimey soda bubbles dispensed to stale mcgriddle buns and soggy hashbrowns.The staff are all nice enough. It's just a shame that they may not be staffed enough for maintenance and food rotation.
First time I went there. They did forget my order even existed until I asked one of them( they were busy at the time. Second time it took a bit to get my order but not that long to get angry over. Overall it was good and no one was mean.
*at the drivethrough*Me: "I 'd like to get 2 McCrispies. "Them: "You want the crispy one or grilled? "Me: "Crispy. "I go home, open the boxes, and they 're both grilled. If they 're not competent enough to get a simple order right after 2 points of clarification, I fear how they run anything in there correctly, at all.
I feel bad for the frontline workers here.The front of the house are rarely stationed at their cash out making for daily waits by customers. The amount of running by staff back and forth really displays the inefficiency of operations which is a clear reflection on management. Use the systems in place as set out by Ronald himself . Its an assembly line where everyone has their place is it not?
If you're disabled, be sure not be able to use washroom. They used it a few minutes ago but lied right in the face of a disabled person. Great job
