When I don't pack in my lunch, this is the place I prefer. First it is very close to where I work, secondly it is always quick in and out even during morning and afternoon lunch hour, the prices are very reasonable if you compare with others and the quantity and quality are also not bad, in fact better and I find it money's worth. And just like most restaurants downtown they mark clearly what is vegetarian and vegan. <br/ <br/ I have had quite a few soups here as they are my to go favourite meal. But yesterday, I hadn't had breakfast and also didn't carry anything so decided to O a try. <br/ <br/ Picked a large Oatmeal, which is quite reasonable sized. The container was 3/4 filled and a station is provided to fill the rest with mixed berries, nuts, brown sugar, seeds and some other choices. You can put in as much or as little you want. <br/ <br/ The breakfast was filling and the oats cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. For $4 including taxes, you could not go wrong. <br/ <br/ I have found a place to have breakfast now, just in case I have not had at home or carried with me!
Located near Union station in the PATH, inside the RBC plaza.<br/ <br/ I come here for their pre-made $4.74 wraps and sandwiches. I really like the basic chicken wrap, which features what I suppose is real chicken as opposed to the processed variety. But aside from chicken wraps, there are lots of other options there. Salads go for around $6.50 now, but they're pretty big boxes. You can pick up fruits, boxes of milk, and various snacks.<br/ <br/ There's the pay-by-weight hot buffet, featuring breakfast options until 11 AM and lunch options until closing.<br/ <br/ End-of-day sale after 4 PM on hot foods: $7.99 flat for a box that you can fill as much as you want!<br/ <br/ There's a station offering fresh soup and sandwiches.<br/ Soups go for $3.49 for a small and $3.99 for a large! Also comes with a piece of bread.<br/ <br/ If you're looking for something inexpensive this is the place to go.
Situated at the base of the financial district at the Royal Bank plaza food court basement), this food hub serves buffet style meals, fresh/pre-packed sandwiches/wraps, pre-packed sushi, fruits, yogurt, soups, teas, coffee, and beverages. Many busy people on the move often pick up a quick snack/meal here and continue their day. I normally pick up a small coffee many blends) here for a mere $1. They make a nice shawarma wrap during lunch as well. Their pre-packed sandwiches are well made at an affordable price $5). I find even their pre-packed items to be very fresh. My coworker always get their oatmeal or western sandwiches here which gets rave reviews. When you're in a rush or on the go, make sure you drop by to have a peek.
