Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely terrible customer service. Cashier messed up our order and didn’t know what he was doing. Owner claimed he was new and didn’t apologize for wasting our time. Made us wait an extra 20 minutes to remake the correct border. Proceeded to charge us more than originally paid and tells us not to give him a hard time??
Haven't recieved my pizza yet so can't comment on the quality, but made an online order along with my room mate and received the confirmation for both of the orders via our e-mails. I then had an employee call me 10 minutes later repeating my order to then put me on hold then repeat the second order (which I couldn't understand due to the heavy accent) and said it hasn't been confirmed yet. I purposely order online because your able to make sure there's no confusion, especially with language barriers. Quite frustrated with today's experience as I order this way from the same location atleast once a week and have never had my time wasted like today. I can understand calling to confirm there is 2 orders going to the same address but wasting my time repeating what I had ordered via the app and putting me on hold and trying to say the order isn't confirmed until the call is done. I don't know if their busy and trying to buy time so the pizza's would be within a hour of their call but I'm quite frustrated with today's experience hopefully this will be corrected for future orders.
Wrost experience ever. Staff doesnt know how to talk with the customers.
Absolutely horrible, I place an order through an app, showed up at store and they tell me someone already picked it up. Refuses further help. Do not recommend this location.
Worst service and made wrong order even with single customer in store order and didn't get my order after complaint .....waiting for more then half n hour....
