I would like to express my utmost disappointment with the service I received from the employees Nadia and Azra at your store on February 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Never in my life have I experienced such poor service, characterized by discrimination, rudeness, and unprofessionalism. As a new father, I feel so happy. Although the baby's nighttime crying made me feel a bit exhausted and emotionally drained. Upon seeing a promotion advertised in a flyer, I decided to purchase three cases of formula. However, when I attempted to make the purchase, employee Azra approached me and stated that I could only buy two cases due to a policy limitation. When I requested proof of this policy, she claimed there was no written evidence, only verbal confirmation from the manager. Subsequently, another employee, Nadia, reiterated the same message, displaying an extremely rude attitude. Yes, extremely rude! To make matters worse, she proceeded to remove the third case of formula directly from my shopping cart without any consent! Yes, an employee physically removed items from a consumer's cart! As a consumer, what kind of response should I have to such treatment? I was immediately filled with anger, sadness, and frustration. After Nadia unilaterally removed items from my shopping cart, I returned to the formula section to find no signage indicating any purchase limits. As a law-abiding citizen, I chose not to proceed with purchasing a third case of formula but opted for diapers instead. Upon questioning at the checkout counter, I informed employee Azra that if there were purchase limits, they should be clearly posted at the respective section. Azra confidently asserted that such notices were indeed displayed. However, when I mentioned the absence of such notices, Azra reluctantly agreed to verify. It was evident that Azra, as an employee of your store, not only lacked trust in customers but also showed a reluctance to assist them. In response, I provided evidence by showing photos of the formula section, proving the absence of any purchase limit signage. Despite this, Azra displayed impatience and dismissiveness. In the end, the manager appeared and apologized for the behavior of Nadia and Azra. However, I did not require an apology from the manager, as the manager had done nothing wrong! I also do not accept such an apology! When the manager arrived, Nadia and Azra stayed off to the side. The manager explicitly stated that there were no purchase limits and told me I could buy as much as I wanted. When Nadia had no excuse, Nadia complained about me, questioning why I hadn't asked for Nadia's permission before taking a photo. I'm sorry, I didn't want to have such rude, arrogant, and disrespectful individuals in my phone's photo album. I took the photo cause I consider someone was trying to steal something from my cart and I capture the rude actions of the employees Nadia grabbed items from my shopping cart without consent! Furthermore, I will be posting about my experience today on various social media platforms and lodging a complaint with the corporate headquarters! This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I demand an explanation for this behavior and appropriate measures to ensure it does not happen to other customers in the future.
You’d want to go here if you like having a choice and like variety and diversity among the products. You wouldn’t if you can’t walk or don’t have the time to. Its big, costco big.
Here on a Saturday at 4 pm. 4 lanes open. Lines not moving. Obviously they aren't paying their people enough this is a joke. They clearly can't find staff to work here.
This store is always so disorganized. Anytime I ask where something might be I am told three different sections. I am not interested in a scavenger hunt where I have to pay ridiculous prices at the end.
