The Quail: A Firkin Pub

Great fun atmosphere, but horrible and rude management who was drinking on the job and made a fool of himself.

One of the best spots in Toronto. Have been to a few private events here, great to rent out for businesses and charity events. Staff are brilliant and if you’re looking for a place to go to dinner or just grab some drinks The Quail is your best bet. Was here when the Maple Leafs broke the first round curse and the whole place went insane. Johnny T popped the roof off and the staff were still able to provide the best service. Hallowed ground for me, will be back!

Terrible service! I've been here 2 times. First time I had to go to the bar to place my order and get the bill, as no server were checking on us. Second time they made a mistake on the bill and wanted to charge me extra for another drink. When I told them this wasn't what I ordered they were trying to trick me. The server came back 3 times each time with an excuse but couldn't make the bill amount right. Tricking the customer is disrespectful. Also the food is always average at Firkin Pubs which is why I usually go for the drinks, the vibe, and the pool.

I had a good experience. The service was great. I had the chicken tacos and I have no complaints. The atmosphere was lovely too. Washrooms well cleaned. I'd be going back so I'd update if anything changes.

Guy is an amazing bartender and server. Highly recommend! He’s super funny, entertaining, and very knowledgeable. Keep it up!!
