Tim Hortons - North York Industiral

I wanted to put no star, wish had this option. The staff are unprofessional. Their tone is rude. Always rush me to go at drive thru while I’m putting away coffee and food. Like I don’t need my hands to drive? No customer service at all.

The worst tim I have ever went. The staff doesnt know the professionalism as they are super rude when complained about the food which is according to my specifications. The employee did have the name tag on but without her name written on it.

Workers are very rude. They over burned my bagel when I asked her to change it she started screaming on me like she is at her home. She made me so embarrassed. Please never prefer to come on this location.

The drinks me and my friends ordered were very low quality and seemed very low effort. My iced coffee didn't have the extra cane sugar that i ordered and it did not taste anywhere near how it does from other tim horton locations. They were also out of stock for almost every item. Very dissatisfied with this location in particular.
