Zakkushi On Carlton

Friendly staff and delicious food. The little skewers were great pairing for alcohol. I really liked that. The place was just a little bit too noisy for me.

I’m a sucker for anything grilled on bincho-tan (charcoal) but the premium beef tongue is something I rarely see outside of Japan.

Really cheap beer! And great atmosphere! Food is delicious and I'll definitely be coming back for some Izakaya soon

A good alternative to Guu. Unfortunately this location doesn't have the same great ambience as the Vancouver Denman location, but if you enjoy a meal at an Izakaya, you don't want to miss this place.

Pretty good overall. BBQ unagi (eel) is awesome. Kobe beef balls also great. Small portions.
