Nice, friendly and fast service. Their straws aren’t right, aren’t sharp enough. Good thing I have my reusable chatime straw I bought many years ago. Brown sugar pearl milk tea. No cream

They now give half the amount of toppings/tapioca as they used to. Meanwhile, prices continue to increase. As a boba crackhead, I am severely disappointed.

I ordered a drink and food food came out ice cold. Asked for a refund instead of a second order cause I was in a hurry and they could only do a cash only refund. They weren’t apologetic at all about the fact that the food came out cold they seemed annoyed I even asked for a refund. I am not a picky eater. Also charged me for the bag on the way out lol
