Galito's York University - North York

The customer service at this restaurant was the worst experience I've had. I don't know who manages the staff, but they do not know how to be nice and treat people with kindness. I had to clarify twice that I wanted to dine in, but even then, I was not served properly. It seemed like they were intentionally rude. I would not recommend wasting your time coming here unless they make some changes to their staff.

I have visited this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. Although it is a bit expensive, the flavors make it worth it. My go-to order is the chicken leg with two sides, usually opting for double roasted vegetables to take home. The fries are also cooked to perfection. My only criticism is the high prices; I think having some smaller portion sizes available at a lower cost on the menu would be a great addition. This would make it more accessible and appealing to university students.

I have been coming to Campus Galito for 3 years and it has become one of my favorite food destinations. The staff is very friendly, especially the lady who owns the restaurant. She always greets us with a smile and makes us feel at home. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10!

Delicious food and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my beef burger and fries here!

Food was so good and what made it even more better was the staffs there would definitely go again !
