The customer service at this restaurant was extremely rude. They were advertising their new seasoned fries, so I asked the cashier what flavor they were. She couldn't tell me and gave me a judgmental look as if I was crazy for asking a simple question. I just wanted to know if the flavor was cajun, spicy, salty, etc. Instead of providing an answer, she made snide remarks to another customer who then verbally attacked me and called me an idiot. It was clear that the cashier lacked knowledge and exhibited bad and unprofessional customer service. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have expected much from a KFC located at the corner of Jane and Finch. When I got home, I found the fries were completely unseasoned, despite me confirming that I wanted them seasoned. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Location had zero clue regarding coupon deals.Refused to honor the coupon deal when presented .

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was great

The Zinger Chicken patty was burnt and the burger tasted terrible, like it had been cooked hours ago. Every time I have been to this location has been a terrible experience. I would suggest avoiding this place. I had to throw the food away, it was a waste.
