Contribuisci feedbackThey told me they don 't take reservations when I arrived and told them about my OpenTable reservation. I discussed with the staff why they are OpenTable if they don 't take reservations. I was told to take it up with head office . So beware that booking a reservation with this restaurant is useless.
Unfortunately when our food came there was a giant hair wrapped around the crab legs I ordered. The manager handled the situation well. He came over, apologized and took my entire meal off the bill.
I do not think that the restaurant used this priority seating. Waited at least an hour and witnessed people walking in without using opentable and wait about the same time. I understand it was a busy weekend, but they shouldn't have this app on their site if they wont use it.
Always a pleasure dining at this Red Lobster location!
the quality of eating has decreased. I understand that the prices are based on inflation, but the quality of the food was terrible for what I paid.
