Tea Shop 168 (steeles Avenue W)

This bubble tea is highly overrated and not worth stopping at, even if you're coming from a long walk with your poodle or Pomeranian! The staff is unfriendly, barely remembering my order, and I can't understand their English. I always feel pressured to buy the largest, expensive drink and am never allowed to use their restroom. The flavors and fruit taste too artificial, and I haven't had fresh tasting kiwi, lime, strawberry, or honeydew since COVID-19 hit. The service has really gone downhill. The tapioca balls are stale, and my order is always wrong. Additionally, their advertised board games like Snakes and Lattes are subpar, with missing pieces and never being available. Overall, the fresh fruit and tea at this location taste too artificial, and I prefer fresh-squeezed or David's Cold Teas. This popular tea shop is impossible to get good service at. Thumbs down! JG

This place is complete scam, I just ordered the two fresh mango juice which I've bought from other locations numerous times and there is little to no mango juice in it. It's like 90% water, with no mango pieces at all.

This bubble tea shop is one of the oldest establishments still in operation today. I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years, ever since my days in grade school. Although the staff has changed over time, the customer service has varied between good and bad. The familiar and delicious taste remains, now with some new exciting additions. Tea shop 168 has become more than just a bubble tea shop to me - it is now a beloved part of the community.

Great selection of drinks both hot or iced! Delicious egg waffles with a variety of toppings! Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well!

I went there with friends. It was awesome spot to have bubble tea with friends. Very clean and comfortable space to hang out. They have lots of options for bubble tea. Their waffles and cheese cakes are also amazing with different flavours you can choose. Customer service is very nice, they were very friendly. I will definitely be a regular here.
