Wendy's - North York

Before the temporary closure for the pandemic, this was the best Wendy?s location consistently. Staff remember you and treat you like a real person in the drive thru, never something if you eat in the restaurant if you could. If something was not done right with an order, I happened once, the manager cooked the whole meal again from scratch for me and my parents without asking me. The best and very friendly staff and the food tastes fresh with high quality fresh meat burgers. You really know how to taste a fast restaurant like gourmet homemade burgers, chili, frits, baked potato and salads experience.

Fries are always stale, but burgers are always quite good. Customer service is next to laughter it's so bad. This place is NOT 24 hours as it says on Google. It sometimes closes 10:00 and sometimes 1:00 at apparently random times. Very strange hours, but it is 100% a LIE to advertise that it is open 24 hours a day.

The staff is usually nice, but it seems like they don't care. The waiting times and lines are so long. The food is mostly cheap and some foods are delicious. Although, it is never filled and obviously not healthy. Very popular restaurant

Please do the favor and don't eat here. I have food poisoning from a hamburger's food. The most painful experience in my life vomiting and diarrhea for several hours. I've eaten every time I was at school, but the food always seemed to taste as if it had been omitted. I think during the preparation of the lunch break they made some burgers and let them sit there. The result made me stop eating at Wendy.

Update: i came back and found out that all the previous rude staff are gone. Great. The gentleman who served me was friendly and cute. They still don 't do promotions like other locations tho and the food court is quite dirty unfriendly staff; they do not stick to their hours and close early sometimes. sneaky business; girl tried to upsell me by asking if i wanted a medium or large drink. good thing i knew there was a small/regular option so i just looked in her eyes and said small please lol
