My man I stopped at a very busy Saturday afternoon on the way to the vermont country store of connecticut at the Greenfield location on 1/22/22. we were greeted by waiting immediately by very friendly employees, although it is busy daytime and very busy. the coffee was fresh, hot delicious, with many sorts from which you can choose. the baked were very fresh, the mixed berries were the best we ever had, and wished we had more time to stay and taste the other delectile looking baked, and have the time to pack a sandwich, but we were pressed for the time. we took a box with scenes to enjoy our family home! we will return?
Ordered at the last weekend on the road and received the wrong order after 35 minutes waiting. Luckily, they could recover one of the sandwiches, but the right one was ice cold as if it were sitting out and we were never notified that it was ready earlier than the estimate pick-up time. order today and wait 35 minutes. Finally, the announcement that it was ready and went to pick it up. asked for a bagel, extra roasted with cream cheese. my bagel was cold, but again hardly was roasted, let alone extra roasted. I'm always here when I have extra time because eating is so better quality than fast dunkin donuts but lately it's not even worth spending the extra time when eating is mediocre.
Owners do not know how to manage a shop. they had 14 people waiting for ordering I have a small place, and 3 employees who were so busy to fulfill online orders that nobody else could get an order of coffee. the worst. they lost $60 of our company today, as we wanted to buy borons. will not come back soon. all employees complained about it and all customers were pissed off. ridiculous.
Big fan of their breakfast sandwiches, not so much their policy about not taking call-in orders in the weekends. I picked up a sandwich at Shelburne store today, a Friday, and was reminded that they didn’t take call-in orders on the weekends. I don’t call in often and had forgotten about the weekend policy and was lucky enough to get a new employee when I did on a non, call-in day. When I advised the cashier, a friendly employee, that the last time I ordered online my order
