Eastern Balti Restuarant - Northampton

For some time we have been using the Takeaway service and were very satisfied with the quality of the food and also the quantity. we never had to wait long.

Disgusting with the customer service, rude and screaming down. I asked vegan options.

Ordered food on uber eats, the food came late and was also missing the rice, once realising the rice wasn’t there I then called and explained what had happened they then tried telling me I didn’t order the rice when I had the order up...in my phone, the guy then hung up on me and when I called back he said he won’t deliver the rice as they are “too busy” then hung up the phone again. The food was good but not the best as I had to eat my curry without rice, I’m not the best impressed and will never order from this place again.

After months of waiting to dine out due to lockdown, my partner and I finally visited Eastern Balti. The staff took excellent care of us and we enjoyed both the delicious food and great service.

I've never had a bad experience dining in the restaurant but I would afford placing an order for a delivery as after waiting for my food to turn up I was eventually told they would have to cancel and refund the order due to being...too busy
