Ember's Pizza And Grill - Northampton

We ordered our food through JustEat with an estimated time of arrival, which was acceptable. However, we were very upset when we called the restaurant at the ETA and they informed us that the delivery driver was already outside. When I mentioned to the delivery person that they had taken a while, he responded rudely, almost yelling that we had only ordered less than half an hour ago. I politely corrected him, but he quickly left. The food was edible, though the chips were stale and undercooked. The extended wait time and poor customer service completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

It was very nice I enjoyed my food a lot. Everything I would expect from a takeaway. It was very quick service

The food was Luke warm and pizza base had mould on the bottom avoid if you want a decent take out,I would not recommend to anyone

I have never had any issues with their food, I would rate it 10/10. They have delicious Thousand Island dressing and high-quality kebabs. I highly recommend trying them out.

I am grateful they are under new management as it really shows! We were impressed with the two delicious pizzas delivered promptly and hot. This will now be my go-to spot in Northampton.
