The woman at the front desk could use a little more warmth—whether that’s a smile or some eye contact would really improve the experience. She reminded me of a stern officer. The sausages were the cheapest I've ever had, and the mushrooms seemed like they were only semi-deep-fried, not fully peeled. The food was at an acceptable temperature, and the prices were reasonable for a service station. However, I would have preferred McDonald's, which would have been cheaper overall. Service: Dine-in.

I placed an order here last weekend and immediately canceled it after I made the payment. Although a refund was promised and I waited for a while, I still haven't received it. Could you please check on this for me? I’ve been unable to reach the store, and I am owed £45. Thank you.

Nothing fresh about this food. Out of the freezer and into the frier/microwave. Dry as a witches . Young lad was very nice but could only serve what he had. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
