Harvester Riverside - Northampton

It’s been a while since I’ve visited but went tonight for a cheap and cheerful midweek dinner. Using the sign up to app and get a 25% discount meant our bill was cheaper than a takeout. Salad bar always a hit with the kids, mains hot, tasty and big portion! Our waitress, Emily, was very attentive and chatty with the kids! We’ll be back

Waiting 15 minutes for waitress to take order after we d been seated we did pre book and it wasn’t busy Salad bar was dirty and lots of the containers empty and what was there looked old Main meals were ok

Poor customer service. Waited like forever to be seated. No one will approach you until there will be crowd of people waiting to be seated when it is not even busy and full. Have to wait for morethan an hour for the food to arrive. Food was just okay.

Utterly amazing service and phenomenal food! Staff were lovely and fast despite being short staffed. Will keep coming!!

We had such a lovely meal and staff were fabulous our waiter was a lovely a gentleman called Pablo he was spot on making sure everything was good. Was a friendly and warm atmosphere. Food was great we could not fault it and added bonus we took advantage of the kids eat free promotion that was on at the time. Best harvester we had for a long time. Only negative I have to say was the toilets not as clean as they should be.
