Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant only offered bar service tonight, with no greeting given upon arrival. The food received did not match what was ordered. It is recommended to always make sure you receive a receipt and check your order against it. Overall, this place is very disappointing.
This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible! I came in for my son's birthday, only to realize that our entire meal was missing. When I called to get a replacement meal, they refused and only offered a coupon for a future visit. I demanded a refund for the entire order, which they eventually agreed to. However, when we returned to collect the refund, they had changed their story and refused to give us any compensation. We ended up spending an hour of our evening on my son's birthday dealing with this issue. In the end, we went to KFC for a meal, which was not only cold but also had better customer service. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will never be returning to this place again.
During my first visit, my order was incorrect and the chips tasted like rubbery, old wings. The staff appeared unprofessional and disinterested. It was a mess. Despite leaving a bad review, nothing seemed to change. I was hoping for improvement but it's disappointing to see they are still the same and getting away with it. I will never be returning.
What a terrible meal .chips were warm and soggy and the huh was dry .no taste. not the original recipe.absolutely does not eat it ever again
I’ve often questioned if this KFC unlawfully uses products from outside of the KFC supply chain. Gravy tasted really plastic and produced, chicken portions are low quality etc… They MUST be risking their franchise ! Visited today and the gents toilets are grubby, dust over...the urinal, toilet has been out of service for months, the single (antiquated) hand dryer has been out of service for over a month. Generally, one of the highest footfall KFCs in the county is run on a shoestring budget, purely to maximise profits. The new question I have is; if they’re cutting services, quality standards this much where I can see them, what are they doing behind closed doors !
