Muffin Break - Northampton

I stopped by for a muffin and a soy decaf latte before going to the amazing Green loft for lunch. The pineapple and coconut muffin was tasty and light, described by my four-year-old as soft as a pillow. The soy decaf latte was made perfectly. However, I was disappointed to find that the muffin was the only vegan option among the cakes and desserts offered. In this day and age, it would be nice to see more vegan options available. The only savory options were a vegan sausage roll and wrap.

I really enjoyed the vegan muffins and the option to have a hot drink with plant-based milk at this restaurant. I have yet to try the vegan wrap, but I'm looking forward to it.
