Domino's Pizza - Northbridge

I have dined at this restaurant 5 or 6 times in the past couple of weeks. The staff is incredible and enjoyable to interact with. The food quality is exceptional, and the convenience of ordering online with discounts is a plus. Despite not typically eating at Domino's, I highly recommend this particular location.

I went to order a medium pizza with two toppings. The cost was $18. Absolutely not worth it. For takeout? No way. I can get a large specialty pizza delivered in town for that price. The phone order took 10 minutes, no joke. I won't be coming back here, it's too overpriced.

The delivery drivers are consistently friendly, the prices are affordable, and my kids and I truly enjoy the food. However, I have conflicting feelings because sometimes the service is prompt and accurate, while other times my food has been delayed for hours. Additionally, their phone lines are often out of service in the store, so online ordering is the only option (with the risk of potential issues). Overall, it is a good option for inexpensive and delicious food, but reliability can be a concern at times.

The manager for the Whitinsville, Ma location is giving a bad name to DOMINO'S. Unprofessional and when someone has a complaint he lies and saids he tried to call the customer and mailbox was full and when in fact that's a lie my mailbox has never beenfull. So he lied and that I don't respect and won't support and when called out on it he never would reach out. This locationneeds new management that is honest and professional.

I ordered by phone for three way pizza,the person that took the order said what size, I said medium I asked how much he said $18,so I changed it for a small pizza. I said to him ,how come the ads on TV said $7.99 he said that was for ONLINE ordersonly, I thought what bommer. Well when I got home I open it and thought it looked kind of scimpy, because there wasn't too manyvegetables on it ,other pizzas at other places were much better and the prices were much better to. I think Dominos could do abetter job. Also the person wasn't wearing gloves in making the pizzas,aren't they supposed to wear plastic gloves.
