Francesca's North - Northbrook

Typically love all the Francesca's. I guess we had a series of unfortunate events here. The server forgot our salad until after he had already brought our entrees. The entrees were cold. And then he didn't really come to check on us either so we kind of just sat with cold pasta for a while. And then we had also ordered fries which he brought out much later again seemed like an afterthought. Then we got dessert and coffee. My cappuccino was cold and didn't really taste like anything except foamy milk. My friend got a mango sorbet and that came out much later than my coffee so we weren't really on the same phase of dinner. He didn't bring sugar out with the cappuccino either and after asking him to remake my drink already I felt too exhausted to ask for anything else. I felt like a very needy annoying customer but really just kind of asking for a basic experience with what I ordered to come to the table at the right temperature at the right time and to check up every now and again. I don't think I will come be coming back to this location again but definitely still do recommend the Francesca locations in general.

I used Francesca‘s North for my daughter’s bridal shower. The coordinator was helpful and detailed. Our server Kim was fabulous and attentive to every guests need! The food was amazing! The manager was helpful and welcoming.
