Contribuisci feedbackI'll give 5 for Heather and Joe. Grub Hub/Door Dash did not pick up our entire order and we missed some things we ordered. My drink was left in the garbage containers and Panera forgot to enter something we paid. In fact, this happened a few times. We called Panera to explain what happened. Joe took care of us. Reimburses our entire mission and told me that I can come to get the smoothie that was never delivered. I wanted to see Heather. She apologized and gave me a free cookie. That was very nice of them. I give a 4 star because when we called to explain what happened, they said they saw that the driver left it. I don't know why they didn't tell the driver that the drink is part of the order. It happened more than once. You need a better system if it is for deliveries. You need to make sure that the drivers know that everything is ready to go and the orders are completed. I know it's busy and they can't always watch how the driver picks up orders, but in cases of food supplies they need to make sure that the entire order is picked up. But of course I don't take away the driver's responsibility. Thanks Panera for addressing our problem with our order.
Great food and nice staff in exactly every place I visit. You can't get my pickup order right away, but still worth the trip. I am regularly for breakfast and occasionally for lunch.
March 2021: I used the Panera app to order and pick up the order. There was no contact. The order was perfect. I hope to eat inside as soon as everything becomes normal again.
Give a 5-star rating to balance out the last... this lady lifts any business she says she wears a mask and then gives them bad reviews. Obvi the managers are told by the “Franzise owners” to enforce mask policy.
I always go here with my patient. For smereason the past 3 weeks sandwiches has been so messy. I tried their grilled cheese a couple days ago and it was delicious! I added mayo tomatoes. It literally hit the spot.
