Ruth's Chris Steak House - Northbrook

It's pretty meh for a steak house. Everything was drowning in butter, it took fifteen minutes to seat us with a reservation, and we ended up stuck there for more than two hours. We won't be returning.

My experience at this Ruth Chris location was Awesome. My waitress- Alexis was very attentive and Great! She serve my Husband and I very quickly and professionally! She was very Awesome!

It was a wonderful time there as soon as we walked thru the door.Very friendly staff.The service was outstanding.Our server answered all questions we had,she was very knowledgeable and always had a smile on her face.It was our Anniversary thats what we where celebrating and everybody wished us one.I can't wait to go back.

What I love about Ruth Chris steakhouse in Northbrook is it consistent quality dining experience. The food is excellent. The service is very attentive and a high-level and I just feel that it is excellent value for money.

Beautiful ambiance! Great food, had a mix up with the Lobster tails but they quickly fixed the problem. The service was good and the courses were timed beautifully. My only gripe is the server was very “routine” and seemed robotic and nervous. He didn't recommend anything, or offer suggestions. I never saw a dessert list or after dinner drink list. Would go back but feel the service should be friendlier and personable. Just my observation.
