I got two different dishes the jerk chicken for my bf and the brown stew chicken. Both were super flavorful and so good! The cabbage though is a 10000000 out of 10 honestly it was so good!! Definitely give this place a try !!

The oxtail were good, but the cabbage was great. I've never tasted cabbage that good before.

Negril has really solid food, I've tried most of the items on the menu and haven't been disappointed. The jerk chicken is my go to lunch meal and the food has never been under or over cooked. I do notice they use a lot of sauce on some of the meals like the curry chicken, can't be very healthy with the amount of sauce they use but still pretty good. One thing I've noticed about this place's food compared to others is their sides actually taste good. Some of the other Jamaican spots in Wilmington have some nasty rice, poor patties etc., not this one. Their prices are starting to go up but with inflation that's unfortunately not surprising.
