Tried the Ferdinand pizza - biggest, best and freshest buffalo mozzarella I've ever eaten! Very friendly and accommodating owner

Lovely friendly staff. Drinks order taken promptly. Good recommendations provided in menu items. Tapas, pasta and pizza. Good range to suit all tastes. Food was delicious. Well priced. Nice atmosphere. Panna cotta was to die for. Would go back.

Really enjoyed a casual Saturday afternoon for a 4yr old's birthday. The owner was very friendly & accommodating. Great range of dishes including a kids menu. BYO...& licensed with a nice variety. I had pizza & it was delicious, the rest of our group all commented on how lovely their meals also were. We brought a cake & there wasn't any issue......which isn't always so with other establishments. Easy to get to via train or tram & some parking. Across the road from the Westgarth theatre. Looking forward to returning soon.

Nicely set up and cosy with a happy and talkative host. Some of the wait staff don't share the same enthusiasm as the main host but service was good. The wine list is small but interesting. The food is plentiful but this is where it has potential but not quite there yet. The food is good but not interesting and could do with some tweaks to lift it beyond average. Overall it is worthwhile and will go again for a hearty meal in a good location.

Great wood-fired Italian style pizza, thin base with a nice puffy border and a good selection of interesting combinations of toppings. We had the Tartufata and the Funghi. The Tartufata was very light on the Truffle (non existent really) but unfortunately I didn't say anything until the end. The maitre'd came over and was very apologetic about it. The service was excellent and the Italian speaking waiter lingered to chat with us as my partner is Italian. If it hadn't been for the lack of truffle, it would have been a 5 out of 5...a very nice informal dining experience close to home.
