Got a fountain drink only to find on way home it was carbonated water. Unreal I can't believe I thought that would be a quick answer to dinner. Never again ?
The team at this restaurant is excellent. They are very efficient and fast. They deserve a raise!
It's usually good. It all depends on who's working.
This is the second time it has happened at this particular location, with the same employee. He prioritizes in-store orders over online orders, which resulted in my sandwich not being prepared even though the app indicated it was ready. Despite ordering and paying before others arrived at the store, I had to wait 20 minutes past the expected time for my order. The employee's response to my complaint was disappointing.
The past 3 times I have ordered online my order has either been not ready, I waited for 15 minutes after the application said it was ready. The sub was not made correctly, or SO over loaded that the bun got soggy.
