The red headed lady has HORRIBLE customer service. She’s extremely rude and after Three attempts she still did not get our order right. They need to get better more friendly staff. It’s no wonder that location is never busy anymore. I have two children I had to feed a late dinner and my son can’t eat certain things, because of her poor customer service my son didn’t get to eat what he ordered. I’m highly disappointed and frustrated. I will NOT be spending any more money at this location. Whoever the manager is needs to reevaluate the staff.
