I notified the BK and I emailed corporate it took 3 days for them to reply. I have also made a Police report hoping someone inspects that place. The metal fragment is on the penny for size.
They don't listen and get the order wrong even after having to go back to get the correct food.
So I go inside to get a chance to stretch my legs and pick up my online order that had been placed 5 minutes prior. I'm inside and show the CSR my mobile order confirmation. She looks like a deer lost in the headlights. She runs to the rear and drops a order of onion rings in the grease. A few minutes later I have my order in the bag and in my hand and walking out the door. I resume my driving only a mile away only to discover the onion rings are half cooked. I was too far away to return. I hope the establishment will take better precautions, what if this was a beef burger, or a chicken breast, etc. Accuracy is far better than efficiency.
Ordered all off the grill and had them remake that and they had attitude ? if fies and rings aren't crispy that are loaded in oil .
