I ordered a meal with a drink, but they didn't have the drink I wanted all day. Instead, I received 2 burgers and 2 drinks. The staff seemed disorganized and the service was chaotic. The burgers are better at McDonald's, so I would not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the medium-high cheese meal deal. The burger was lukewarm and smaller than expected. The service was very poor. Unfortunately, this restaurant is located on a hill. I will not be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at Hungry Jacks in North Parramatta. After placing my order, customers who arrived after me were served before me, despite waiting for over 20 minutes. When I inquired about my order, the manager was unhelpful and unresponsive. When I asked again, she accused me of yelling at her and threatened to call the police when I requested a refund. No apology was given, and I did not receive my money back. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Eating is as they would expect from hj, the service in this business is usually slower than usual from any reason. if it is in a hurry running gear thru is the only option.

I went here with my partner after we had early morning fishing. Its our first time at this branch, on a saturday We ordered two beacon egg burger and surprisingly tastier than mcd. The coffee was good too.
