Five Guys Burgers Fries - Northridge

I Loved the bacon hamburger ,they give you free topins and I added mushrooms green peppers and grilled onions and the cajun fries are bomb!! 100% recomended clean hamburger ?

Normally they are on point and it is great! Tonight, there was no rhyme or reason for what happened. Someone walked in and paid for his order and got it right away, just because they had just finished making it, even though there was 3 other people waiting for their food. The fries always take forever to make and even of you order ahead, you are usually waiting for the fries to finish. Like I said, they are usually not thus bad, it was not even that busy.

The burger was delicious and the waiter who took our order was very friendly. However, they got my son's order wrong, which we only noticed when we got home. Also, two burger meals ended up costing over $40, which I found a bit pricey.

Every time we visit this place, it is a beautiful experience. Hands down, they have the best service in the food industry. Since the Five Guys in Simi Valley closed down, we have the option to visit either the Thousand Oaks location or the Northridge location for our burger fix. Our experience at the Thousand Oaks location was okay, with a mistake in our order and a somewhat cramped layout. However, when we visited the Northridge location, the service was exceptional from our first visit onwards. The staff welcomed us warmly and were patient as we placed our orders. They truly care about the customers and put their hearts and souls into their work. I always leave the Northridge location feeling satisfied and energized by their good vibes. Bless you all!
