Seoul Tofu House - Northridge

This place is a great hidden find for delicious Korean takeout!

Despite being located in a food court, this restaurant exudes the nostalgic charm of an old-school diner. I was pleasantly impressed by the BBQ options, which I found to be superior to those at GEN nearby. The flavors were fantastic and the quality was commendable for the price. The Sundubu jjigae was decent, though it didn't quite measure up to the offerings in K-Town or the similarly named Seoul Tofu on the westside. However, it was still a decent dish.

Seoul Tofu House serves a variety of traditional dishes, from bulgogi to galbi, bibimbap to beef bone soup. Their barbeque chicken is incredibly delicious, fresh, healthy, and served in generous portions. The banchan, including kimchi, radish kimchi, and tofu cake, is excellent. The rice is fresh and of high quality. The service is very friendly.

Have been coming to this place for more this decade. Always love their bulgogi set, and the tofu soup. Never failed! Staff are friendly too.
