Ameera - Northumberland

I absolutely adore this restaurant, the food is delicious. It arrived hot and fresh. The special thali (not sure if I spelled that right) is a great deal - it's enough for two decent portions, though not huge. If you prefer a larger portion, you can always add another rice and starter. The flavors were so tasty, I will definitely be returning.

Recently went to this restaurant with our friends for their Thursday night special. The food was delicious and hot, the service was exceptional, and the prices were fantastic. We will definitely be returning after Christmas.

I ordered through Just Eat. The delivery didn't take too long for three adults on a Friday night. The food was delicious with good portions. The garlic cheese naan wasn't the best as it had sliced cheese instead of proper cheese, but it was still tasty. The saag paneer was amazing.

Popped in to the restaurant for food at the weekend and this place never disappoints. Extensive menu and the owner and staff are always friendly and hospitable. Great food and great service in a relaxing atmosphere, you don’t need anything else. I’ve eaten in a lot of places around the country (and abroad) and Ameera for me is up there with the best. For this reason I cannot understand why anyone would not want to give this restaurant a five star review. Will certainly be back as this place is a gem. Thanks for a brilliant meal and brilliant service.
