Glass House Cramlington

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and it was amazing. I had seen some negative reviews, but I don't understand how anyone could complain about the pizza and pasta for £9.95, or the lunch special for £8.95. This was my first time at Sambucas, but if all of their locations are as good as this one, I will never cook at home again. The staff were also fantastic, trying their best to please all customers. Bless them!

The ambience was pleasant, but the music was excessively loud. Despite plenty of available tables, we waited for 10 minutes to be seated. The food was just average, and the staff did not check in to see if everything was to our liking. Overall, it was okay, but we will not be in a hurry to return.

Chelsea provided outstanding service and took care of all our needs with a very polite demeanor. She is truly an asset to the team.

Really good food and excellent value for money. One of the best pizzas I have had for a very long time! I don't know how anyone could complain. It's dark inside but we it
