Contribuisci feedbackA wonderful venue set in the beautiful countryside village of Blanchland. Set in an old schoolhouse, immaculately clean, lovely friendly staff, and an exceptionally welcoming owner. He takes time to welcome and speak to all his customers, not surprising they, like us, come back again and again. He has built up such a high standard resulting in loyalty from customers. Food excellent and a fantastic range of home made cakes. Well done everyone there
What a joke of a reply to my reasonable request to turn down or turn off the loud music. No server was shouted at! The moronic response well I like it and so do the customers speaks for itself. Glad we went to the Lord Crewe Arms for peace and quiet. Served by very good waitress who was studying at University. What a contrast.
1st time visiting this tea room as we were in the area. We arrived at lunch time on a Saturday and had to wait 10 minutes for a table. There is a small waiting area which is comfortable There is a big selection of warm food, drinks and snacks. All food that came out was lovely. Will defiantly be visiting again.
This charming coffee shop in a picturesque village is simply fantastic. We make it a point to visit at least twice a year as a treat after going for a walk in the surrounding area. The food is always delicious and the service is consistently friendly. The management of the place is top-notch.
Excellent food and drink selection, including vegetarian and vegan. Friendly staff and a great location and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, dog friendly too. My bacon sandwich and Tomato soup were spot on... We brought cakes home with us. Can highly recommend, and will be back soon.
