I ordered the Roast Beef with all the traditional accompaniments and concluded my meal with a delectable Apple Crumble and custard. The portion sizes were generous and the food was incredibly tasty. I would certainly return for another dining experience.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to catch a game. The screen is large, the pub is roomy and not too crowded, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They also welcome dogs, offer good prices, have a respectful clientele, and serve delicious toasties. The Guinness is also top-notch. And a special thank you for the dog treats!
We had a Thai meal for a group of 9 last night and all the food arrived together. It was beautifully cooked and delicious. I have been to this restaurant before and the food is always great, which is why I chose it for my birthday celebration. I'm not sure why it is often overlooked, as they also offer English options and Sunday lunch. It may be because it's located slightly out of town and the building has a dated pub style construction. However, I urge you to look past the appearance and treat yourself to a wonderful meal. Thank you again for taking care of us and providing a delicious meal.
Although the restaurant was extremely quiet there was still a nice atmosphere. The service was very good and the food excellent, good value for money.
Absolutely superb food the beef was tender plenty of it and the veg potatoes and Yorkshire puddings all delicious
