Tim Hortons - NORTHVILLE

I had the Tuscan chicken and two beautifully presented black teas. The service was quick and friendly. I love visiting Tim Hortons because they offer both tea and coffee. Not everyone has decaffeinated black tea, which is my favorite. Some people can't have caffeine and prefer not to drink coffee. Thank you! The Boston Cream Donuts were delicious too! Yum!

I believe her name was Jillian, and she is the most beautiful and kindest server I've ever met in any coffee shop. She should be the president of the United States! Seriously, she is incredibly sweet and friendly, while also being professional and sharp.

I have to share my fantastic experience today! The customer service was outstanding! They were out of the donuts I wanted, but they offered me the chance to wait a few minutes while they went to my car... and let me tell you, the donuts were amazing! Thank you! In 2022, I pre-ordered 3.5 dozen donuts for a party, and they did an excellent job! They looked great, tasted fresh, and everything went smoothly! Thanks again!

This is a very nice Tim hortons it's great customer service, And there is plenty of seating space they can accommodate larger groups if you're trying to meet in the morning in the morning I really enjoy the customer service the people are really nice here. Even though this isn't a busy area they're still very fast and very fast and very clean, This Tim hortons is a good example of how the franchise should be ran. By far one of the fastest Tim hortons even though the drive-through is kind of long sometimes but it goes by really fast even indoors the guys are very active and not on their phones they're actually working I really appreciate the fact that they wear gloves. And by far I'm very happy that they don't put my Boston cream donut smushed in those little Brown bags, The Boston cream is my favorite.. And I don't really appreciate it when other Tim hortons just drops it in the bag and the chocolate is stuck...
