While handing me my order the staff member and another customer began discussing what is gluten free in which the staff member responded saying she does not know what GF is. She asked how gluten affects me I responded saying it makes me sick. Her response was “I don’t mean to be insensitive but is that all?” and they began discussing how they thought it was just to be healthy and pointed out that I am “skinny”. I have never had problems eating here before but it gave me no confidence in eating their food if their staff do not understand what GF is or the side effects it may have if cross contamination occurs as well as feeling judged for being Coeliac. I will not be returning.
