It’s alright. I just wish they would brew their coffee a bit stronger.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location leaves much to be desired. The service is often quite rude, and they seem to struggle with the basics, like serving coffee and donuts, which are their main offerings. They frequently forget parts of your order, so you might end up paying $40 for just $10 worth of food. I usually try to be generous in my reviews, but I have to be honest this time. I tried to order two large blue raspberry energy punches and two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on English muffins. The woman taking my order through the speaker took a good five minutes to understand what a blue raspberry energy punch was, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, when I got to the window, she was quite rude. She had her hair in a red and white scrunchie and wore glasses, and I noticed her rolling her eyes every time someone tried to place an order while I was there. Dunkin', your food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The only staff member who genuinely seemed kind and caring was Jonathan. Please consider reevaluating your hiring choices!
